Our Story
For over 30 years, our firm has shaped spaces with intention, creativity, and integrity. What began in the early 1990s as a one-man practice founded by Paul Gaughan has grown into a successful reliable business in the east midlands.
Paul built the business on a simple philosophy: His dedication to client and local authority relationships, and practical design laid the foundation for a company that would evolve beyond its origins. From residential to commercial landmarks, Paul’s work helped define areas and earned the respect of clients and peers alike.
In 2024, after more than three decades of leadership, Paul retired and passed the firm into the hands of those who helped build it—his team. With roots in the company and shared values at the core, this next generation of technicians is honored to carry the legacy forward.
Today, we remain guided by Paul’s original ethos: thoughtful design, collaborative practice, and a passion for creating spaces that last. We continue to grow, adapt, and explore, always grounded in the principles that made this firm what it is.
